We’ve designed our merchant onboarding process to be as smooth and transparent as possible. Here is how the process works from this point forward:
Eligibility Review
Our team reviews the information you submitted in the eligibility check. We assess your business type, processing volume, and overall fit for our merchant services program.
Application Preparation
We don’t send you a blank form and wish you luck. Based on your submission, we prepare your merchant application on your behalf, pre-filling where possible and flagging anything we need from you.
Representative Outreach
A BeYofi Merchant Services representative will contact you within 1–2 business days. They will walk you through the prepared application, answer any questions, and confirm your details before anything is submitted.
Review and Sign
You review the completed application, make any necessary adjustments, and sign off. Nothing moves forward without your full approval. Once signed, we submit your application for underwriting
